Borg-Warner 3 Band (Automatic Drive, BW DG150M/DG250) transmission parts

Please note!!
This transmission is difficult to rebuild and should only be attempted by someone who has experience with them!!

Used in various models of 1950-56 Studebakers, 1954-55 Dodge Trucks, 1953-55, International Trucks, Divco Trucks, 1951-67 Jaguars, 1949-56 Packards, 1950-56 Nash Ambassadors, 1954 Hudsons, and  Mercedes Benzs.

I can get 100's of additional parts for these transmissions that I don't yet have listed.  E-mail me with a list of other parts you may need for these.  If I have them (or can get them) I will list them for you.

(1) Overhaul kit includes:  gaskets, o'rings, available lip seals, available sealing rings (rotating ones only),  and metal clad seals  but NO clutches. Does NOT include the three Main Shaft Sealing Rings or the Bellows Seal as they are no longer available.) These missing parts are used in Jaguar ONLY)

(2) Master Rebuild kit includes:  gaskets, o'rings, available lip seals, available sealing rings (rotating ones only), metal clad seals , unlined (steels) clutch plates, and lined friction clutches. (NOTICE!!!  Does NOT include the three Main Shaft Sealing Rings or the Bellows Seal as they are no longer available. Frictions are modern material and about .066" thick.  The .096" frictions are no longer available.)  These missing parts are not used in all models)

(3) Rebuildable core must arrive back to me within 30 days of your receipt of parts or core refund will be forfeited.  No refund for broken band cores.

(4) This is a cleanable screen.  Most people just clean them, but if yours is damaged you will need to replace it.

(5) You must E-mail me with the year, make and model of your vehicle so I can make sure I send you the proper kit.

(6) E-mail me the casting numbers on your part. This is so I can send the proper part.

(7) This is an R&R ONLY part, which means that a rebuildable core must be shipped to and received by me before I can ship your part to you, due to extreme shortage of good cores. My address is:  Charlie Tranny, 1043 Savage Rd., Belleville, MI 48111

(8) External Seal Kit = All gaskets and seals required to re-seal the outside of the transmission.  You must  E-mail me with the year, make, model, and engine size of your vehicle, so that I can send the proper kit for your vehicle.
